ACPI Msft0101 Driver Issue for Windows 7 on Kabylake Platforms

Technical Details Emerge
A critical issue has been identified with the ACPI Msft0101 Driver, which supports the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) on Windows 7 systems. The issue affects Kabylake platform products, including Intel Core processors of the seventh generation.
Intel has advised that only Skylake processors can support Windows 7. However, users who have switched to Windows 7 64-bit can install a hotfix to address the issue. The hotfix is only available for Windows 7 64-bit systems.
In Device Manager, the problematic device will display as "ACPI Msft0101." It corresponds to the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) module, which lacks a driver on affected systems.
